Golf is an industry that continues to grow, both in size and in popularity.  There are many golf schools that have cropped up around the nation to teach people about this sport.  Can you think of any reasons why you should learn to golf?  I can.

• Because you enjoy golf.  Okay, so this one is obvious, but if you are interested in the sport a little golf education would go a long ways.  Even if all you do is take a few classes, it’s worth doing!
• Because your friends enjoy golf.  Obviously you won’t want to do this if you hate golf with a passion — no matter how much your friends enjoy it — but golf is a great social activity to do with your friends.  It provides a physcial challenge but it also allows plenty of time for talking to one another — probably the reason why it is such a popular business sport.  Which brings us to the next reason…
• Because you are expected to know how to golf in your job or career.  As a business banker my sister quickly found that most deals are negotiated on the golf course, which meant that if she wanted to do well at her job, she had to take classes from a golf academy and learn how to play a decent game.
