People choose to take HGH supplements for a few different reasons. They may be interested in the anti-aging properties of HGH. Or they may seek to increase performance and strength to do better in sports. Whatever the reason, anyone taking HGH should be aware of the side effects.
The good news is that the side effects of HGH are actually minimal and mostly reversible. The bad news is that of course there are HGH side effects. These side effects include:
- Joint pain and swelling. The most common complaint among people taking HGH is a problem with the joints. Most people say this side effect is worth the benefits of taking HGH supplements.
- Diabetes symptoms. It used to be believed that HGH caused diabetes. However, it appears instead that it causes symptoms that mimic diabetes. These symptoms appear to be reversible.
- Excessive hair growth. One drawback of HGH is that you may grow more body hair than you’re used to.
- Excessive bone and tissue growth. This is the most serious side effect of taking HGH. It can cause problems with your bones and change your facial features. This can be combated by taking low doses of HGH for short periods of time.
All in all these are side effects that are similar to that of other medications.

If you have been investigating hgh you probably know that there are several different types of supplements available for seekers of the spring of eternal youth.
The sheer volume of what is currently on the market can be very confusing, especially if you are uncertain of what kind of product will work for you.
There are several different supplements to try, but the two main ones are separated into what are called hgh releasers and secretagogues. Releasers allow your own body to increase human growth hormones so that they build up gradually in your system. This means you can adjust to the hormones at a slow rate, allowing your body to adjust.
The secretagogue supplement simply stimulates the endocrine so that it produces the growth hormones-the only downside is that hgh may be introduced all at once and you have no real control over this aspect.
Both forms of the hgh can come in sprays, powders and pills and are far less expensive than injections, which can go for $1,000 to $1,500 daily (and have to be taken daily to be effective).
The best hgh supplement will be both affordable and work with your body chemistry. To figure out what works best for you, discuss your options with an expert in hgh.
